We want you and your little one to love your JIJO shirt. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags intact.
To start a return please email us at orders@jijokids.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 72 hours.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on UK orders within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Given our limited edition nature, we recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Wrong item or fault?
If we've made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@jijokids.com with a photo and we'll sort it straight away at no cost to you.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
